According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Anh Tuan, Director of Vietnam National Satellite Center (VNSC) under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), Vietnam will complete the building of the National Space Museum by the end of 2017. This will be the first technology and science museum in Vietnam.
The museum aims to provide understandings and inspire young people to learn about the universe field. This is also a part of developing human resource program in universe technology.

The National Space Museum is a key building in Vietnam Space Center located in Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park in Hanoi, with design area of 1.675m2 and outdoor area of 3.500m2, total budget of around 200 billion VND.
This museum will exhibit artifacts together with interactive actions such as screening on the formation of the universe, or astronomic observatory.... "We intend to build a lane coming to the National Space Center, so, visitors can observe the satellite engineers do their job" said Mr. Pham Anh Tuan.
At present, the design of exhibition content is taken by a Japanese company. The design of exhibition and indoor interactive actions costs about 44 billion VND.
